Software licences
Our products and services are built on open-source software, including the Frappe Framework (MIT licence) and ERPNext (GNU General Public License v3). Those components remain under their own licences, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under them.
The licence for Innosync's own products, customisations and documentation is set out in your agreement with us (the Master Service Agreement and any Order Form). Unless that agreement says otherwise, they may not be copied, resold or distributed outside your organisation.
Third-party trademarks
ERPNext and Frappe are trademarks of Frappe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. IBM and the names of IBM products are trademarks of International Business Machines Corporation. Other names and logos on our websites belong to their respective owners. Their use on our websites identifies products or services and does not imply endorsement.
Asking for permission
To ask for permission, or to report a misuse of the Marks, email legal@innosync.in with a short description of how you would like to use them.
