IBM Business Partner

IBM, implemented end to end

Planning, real estate and the infrastructure underneath, from one team that also builds software.

We're an IBM Business Partner. We put in IBM Planning Analytics for finance teams, TRIRIGA and its successor for real estate and facilities teams, and IBM Power servers and FlashSystem storage for the systems that have to stay up. When IBM is the right tool, we say so. When ERPNext or a custom build fits better, we say that too.

FP&AIBM Planning Analytics

Finance teams that plan in dozens of linked spreadsheets get one planning model instead, built on TM1, with their history loaded and their reports in the tools they already use.

  • Budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting in one multidimensional model
  • Cubes for financials, sales, OPEX and KPIs, with business rules and allocations
  • Data integration from Excel history and ERP actuals, including ERPNext, through TurboIntegrator processes
  • Dashboards in Planning Analytics Workspace, plus Excel reports through Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel
  • Drill-down for root-cause analysis from any total to the line behind it
  • SaaS or on-premises, with governance for divisions and cost centres

Real estate & facilitiesIBM TRIRIGA and Maximo Real Estate and Facilities

For organisations that run many buildings: what you lease, who sits where, what needs fixing, and what it all costs.

  • Lease administration and lease accounting (Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16)
  • Space and move management, with floor-by-floor occupancy
  • Facility maintenance and work orders
  • Capital projects for fit-outs and refurbishments
  • Workplace services and room reservations
  • Sustainability and energy tracking

Planning the move off TRIRIGA? IBM has made Maximo Real Estate and Facilities the upgrade path, and its support notice ends standard support for TRIRIGA on 30 September 2027. We assess what you have, plan the move and run it.

InfrastructureIBM Power servers and FlashSystem storage

For the workloads that can't go down: ERP and finance databases, core applications, and the backups behind them.

  • IBM Power servers for AIX, IBM i and Linux workloads, including SAP and Oracle databases
  • IBM FlashSystem all-flash storage, with the 5600, 7600 and 9600 range refreshed in 2026
  • Cyber resilience: snapshots, replication and ransomware detection built into the storage
  • Supply in India as an IBM Business Partner, sized from your real workload numbers
  • Installation, data migration and DR set-up
  • Ongoing support alongside the applications we already run for you

Why an ERPNext house does IBM

One partner for the software and what it runs on

Plans fed by actuals

Planning Analytics models that load actuals straight from ERPNext or any ERP we've implemented.

Data skills that carry over

The same migration discipline as ETL Pro for loading history into TM1.

Infrastructure we also operate

Servers and storage sized by the people who support the applications on top.
